RETURN POLICY
At Amira Designs, each piece is carefully selected and prepared with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our collections and limited inventory, all sales are currently final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@amiradesigns.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
To be eligible for review:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included
• Requests submitted outside the stated timeframe may not be accepted
Please note:
• We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, change of mind, or normal variations in color due to screen settings and lighting
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
If approved, eligible issues may qualify for:
• Store credit
• Exchange (if inventory is available)
• Replacement item
